Will Call + passport name

Foreign pickup fails most often on name mismatch — not on the queue.

Bring the original passport used at purchase. Photos/copies are often rejected.
Ticket name must match passport character-for-character (romanization included).
Arrive 2.5–3.5 hours early if you need Will Call / ID check; earlier for merch.
Keep confirmation + QR offline. Phone battery dies in MD lines.

Korean domestic apps often need I-PIN / local phone. Overseas fans use the Global / World portals.

Before open

Do the boring setup days early. Sale day is for clicking, not debugging.

Create Global accounts + test payment (Visa/Mastercard; 3-D Secure pop-ups on).
Convert open time to KST. Screenshot the clock source.
Charged phone, stable Wi-Fi, backup device/browser (Chrome usually safest).
If fan-club pre-sale needs linking, finish verification before the deadline.

Sale-day flow

Log in early. Enter at open. Pay immediately. Save proof.

Don’t spam-refresh into a lockout — one clean entry at open.
Date → grade → qty → pay. Pop-up blockers kill payment windows.
Screenshot confirmation + save email/PDF. Passport name must match.
Unpaid holds can bounce back overnight — check the platform’s release window.
